New Customer Registration Instructions:

1. UK resident: Enter your Postcode and click Lookup postcode and Select address from the list. You may add the address manually if it is not in the list. Make sure to include your Postcode.

2. Non-UK (Rest of World) resident: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your Country of residence from the list FIRST 

2a. USA resident: Select your State from the list and enter your ZIP code.

3. Complete the form with your cardholder address, Zip code and contact details. If you need to add a different Delivery address this is done at the Checkout, not here

4. Enter your current valid email address which will become your user name. You must also create your own password:

• Combine three random words to create a single memorable password of at least 8 and no more than 20 characters in length with no spaces.
• add a number of character if you wish. See here for advice
