Forgotten your User Name or Password?

Q: What is my User Name?
A: The email address you registered with is your username

Q: I have forgotten my Password
A: Use the password reset link. You will need your login user name (see above)

Q: I have forgotten my User Name
A: Please contact us via email or telephone quoting your email address (hint: this is usually the User Name, perhaps you have changed it since you first Registered with us?) and your Membership number if you have it.


Cookies?

Q: Do I have to accept Cookies to use this site
A: Like many secure sites, yes you do. 

Q: There was an error while I was trying to login or place an order
A: If you experience a problem or error with login or placing orders please go to your Browser settings and Clear the Cookies.  Logout of the website (if logged in) and refresh / reload the site. At the top of the page you will now see the Cookies banner. Click Accept Cookies then proceed to login.


How do I register?

Q: Do I have to Register to use this site?
A: You can browse without registering though you will not be able to Join the Bachmann Collectors Club until you do. Here is how to Register if you have not done so before.

Q: Do I have to be a Collectors Club Member to purchase products?
A: You must Register if you have not done so already, then you must purchase a Membership. You can then purchase Collectors Club exclusive products.


My membership or registration lapsed...

Q: Can I rejoin the Bachmann Collectors Club?
A: We would love to welcome you back! If membership lapsed less than 12 months ago, sign-in to the site again and you can renew your membership to start today! If your membership lapsed more than 12 months ago, simply Register to create a new membership.
